NELLS is dependent on fundraising to handle a number of team and league operating expenses and to run the organization.  There are a number of ways that you and/or your local business can help! 

To help all of our contributing sponsors, NELLS is registered as a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization and your sponsorship costs are tax deductible.  Help us continue growing the game of youth softball in the Fort Wayne area by becoming a sponsor today!

There Are Several Ways In Which You Can Show Your Company Cares

Team Sponsorships

Sponsoring a team is a great way to give back to the community that supports your business and your tax-deductible donation goes directly to benefit teams and assist with the maintenance and capital improvements of the facilities as well as the purchase and upkeep of equipment. With your sponsorship, the team receives uniform t-shirts with the logo of your business emblazoned on the front of the shirt.  You receive a plaque at the end of the season with the team photo suitable for hanging in your place of business. You’ll also have your business’ name listed on the NELLSB.org website and of course, you’ll receive the gratitude of the players, coaches and parents!

Advertising Signage At Brookside Fields

Another great way to support NELLS is to purchase a sign (or signs) with your company artwork displayed prominently at NELLS’s Brookside Field facilities. It’s a great win-win; your business gets advertising that thousands of people will look at during the year and NELLS benefits from your contribution. We take care of everything after you simply supply the artwork you want on the sign. We’ll store the signs during the off-season and you can renew each year for a low fee! Discounts apply for multiple signs.

Exclusive Scoreboard Sign & Field Sponsorship- 5’x10′ Aluminum
  • New scoreboard sponsor $1000.00 / $700.00 Renewal – these signs are the most visible at the park located right next to the scoreboards at a height to be easily viewed by all.
  • Secondary sign on the backstop marking the field names.
  • Only 2 Available Sponsorships Per Year.
Outfield Fence Sponsorship –  Ridged Corex Plastic
  • Single Field Sign – 4×8′ Plastic – $300.00 / $200.00 Renewal
  • Field Signs on Both Fields – 4×8′ Plastic – $500.00 / $300.00 Renewal
Dugout Wall Sponsorship
  • Prime 1st base line dugouts – 5×10′ Vinyl Sign – $500.00/$350.00 Renewal. Mounted on the back of each dugout facing the parking lot in the highest traffic areas of the park.
  • 3rd base line dugout – 5×10′ Vinyl Sign – $300.00/$200.00 Renewal.
Concession Stand Sponsorship
  • 3×3′ Aluminum Sign – Mounted right next to the concession stand service window for maximum exposure. – $200.00/$150.00 Renewal.

Exclusive Website Sponsorship

  • Your advertisement with link will appear in a popup window viewed by everyone who visits our website thanking you for your continued support. – $600.00/Season (Only One Available Per Season)

Website Advertising

Any company with a total sponsorship investment totaling more than $500 will also receive a free customizable clickable link with your logo on our website, NELLSB.ORG
